Senator Moran Files Amendment to Extend Outdoor Dining and Drinks to Go

The Massachusetts State Senate debated S.2552, a bill to expend an additional $55 million to COVID response and recovery. As part of that debate, Senator Moran successfully included an amendment to the bill to extend outdoor dining and drinks to go to December 15, 2022. The bill will now be reviewed the conference committee, or a group of senators and representatives who will develop a compromise bill.
